Description: Light brown sauce with a delicate flavour, a slight hint of wildness and the characteristic smell of venison. Try it to season characteristic first courses and excellent for the preparation of tasty game croutons.
Ingredients:Deer meat (58% originally), red wine, vegetables (carrots, onions, celery), olive oil, tomato pulp, wheat flour 00, rice starch, salt, sugar; flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, pepper, natural flavouring.
Allergens: celery, sulphites, flour.
Origin: Valtellina.
Net weight: 190 gr.
Storage: after opening the container keep the product in the refrigerator and consume in a short time.
